I bought four of these Hydroponics Dutch Bucket Systems (DBS) for my greenhouse.
Setup and Installation:
The design appears fairly simple and directions are accurate. The Youtube (R) video associated with this product is fairly self explanatory.
The kit contains all the items needed for the setup. I had to buy a 10 feet long 1 1/2 inch PVC pipe and a 27 gallon tote with lid. I had to also buy the substrate for the bucket, in my case I chose perlite. The rest of the items such as elbow and end cap were in the kit. Kit comes with all the nutrients needed to start the system. It also has a timer for the pump. The amount of piping provided is more than adequate for setting up the system.
Setting it up was fairly easy, except putting in the three way connector which required some effort.
Durability and Build Quality:
DBS is made of durable plastic and the all connectors appear to be doing well at this time. In one of the kits, there was a bucket that was cracked. After quick exchange of email I had a new bucket delivered within days. While I was building the system I did break a three way connector due to applying excessive force and I was sent multiple connector by the seller free of cost.
Maintenance and Ease of Use:
The setup and maintenance of these system is fairly simple and does not require a lot of time or effort.
Pros:
1. Easy setup
2. Complete system in the kit
3. Great seller, communication and support
3. It may cost less if you go DIY method but it is less appealing and messy.
Cons:
1. Shipping cost
Conclusion:
Great product and kit for starting hydroponics. I would highly recommend this product for people, like myself, starting hydroponic systems. The seller, Randy, great resource for advice and support. I intend to update this review after some time with new pics.

Everything arrived with no issues. I have been looking for a kit like this for awhile and glad i found this one. So far so good on the plant transplants I have put into the system. Seller is very responsive and answered questions about how it works and how to run the system for best results. I may purchase another one of these in the future

I am new to hydroponic growing, but after a bunch of research and number crunching I took a chance on this complete system. I'm so glad I did! The quality of all of the parts is very high, and it is easy to set up. The seller provides video instruction and support, and they were quick to respond to my questions.
True to the description, the kit comes with everything you need except the PVC pipe, reservoir tote, and media. I used perlite and it's working great.
I got a bit of a late start growing the bitter melons and beans I have in them, but they are growing faster and healthier than anything else in my garden - so much that I can hardly keep up with them! I look forward to growing some tomatoes, peppers, and eggplants in a grow tent over the dreary winter months.
